We create fulfilling and exciting careers for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities while recycling drought tolerant plants back into our local communities. We Plant It Again and then we Plant It Forward so that others can thrive.
In The News
Big Plans
Plant It Again has big plans with your donated yard cuttings and plants. They’ll also accept your old gardening tools, pots, and other items to be refurbished and sold to raise funds. And that’s not the only second chance that Plant It Again offers to our community.
Providing Job Opportunities and Training
Program participants- adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities- find meaningful employment while performing tasks they enjoy.
Plant It Again partners with local non-profit organizations such as Options for All San Diego to provide valuable job training. This gives them a sense of pride in their work, the opportunity to learn necessary skills to flourish in the workplace, and the paycheck to show for it.
